Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all services are provided as one-time professional engagements.
Custom payment schedules or milestone payments will be outlined before work begins.
3. Project Timelines

Delivery may be affected by:

Upon receipt of full payment:
- Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client.
- Techsol Global retains ownership of internal working files, concepts not selected, templates, methodologies, and proprietary processes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the final work is used lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve third-party providers such as website hosting companies, domain registrars, publishing platforms, payment processors, or marketing tools.
Techsol Global is not responsible for delays, outages, or policy changes caused by these third-party providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techsol Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Refund Policy
